I am Yasmine Rifai (ياسمين الرفاعي), a founder, strategic advisor, author, speaker, and former Public Sector CTO at Microsoft Kuwait. For more than 15 years, I have worked at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital transformation, government, and human progress.

From shaping national AI strategies and building landmark public-private partnerships to advancing transformation across governments and industries, my work has always been driven by one belief: technology should not simply modernize institutions; it should create meaningful progress for people.

Born in Lebanon and shaped by a journey across the region, I learned early that transformation begins with resilience. That belief continues to guide how I lead, write, build, and challenge what is possible.

Writing is one of the most personal ways I express that purpose. Through my books, reflections, and speaking, I explore the relationship between technology, leadership, humanity, and personal growth. I write to make complex ideas accessible, challenge conventional thinking, and inspire others to see themselves as creators of the future.

Beyond the titles, I am curious by nature and creative at heart. I find joy in travel, movement, art, and powerful books. My family keeps me grounded, while new ideas and meaningful experiences continue to shape how I see the world.
